Kay Embroidery Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

Below are our order processing times for our items:

Banners, Stickers and Ribbon Printing: 3-4 Working Days

Embroidery : 5-6 Working Days

Laser Cut Items: 5-6 Working Days

Orders are processed on working days only Monday to Friday (does not include Weekends)

Delays will occur if Personalisation details are not received or incomplete - we will email you of this.

Shipping Methods

UK Mainland Shipping

All other items such as larger embroidery - Towels, Blankets, Laser Cut Items have shipping included in the pricing and the Delivery Method will be Royal Mail 48

These services are tracked and tracking numbers will be sent upon dispatch.

Shipping is automatically combined if multiple items are ordered for example if you order stickers and a banner you will not pay anymore than £4 or £5 depending on service chosen.

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

These are the starting prices on shipping for our items internationally

 Shipping is combined automatically and is based on weight. Final price will be shown at checkout depending on items ordered and quantity.

This service is tracked and tracking numbers will be sent upon dispatch, please note delivery times are estimated and will depend on customs processing time.

Buyers are responsible for any Sales Tax, Customs Import Duties payable in their respective country
